DESCRIPTION:Course Description \nThis course includes a day and a half of i
 nformation provided on the anatomy\, surgical procedures and rehabilitatio
 n of the upper extremity.  The presentation included this year will focus 
 on the physician’s perspective on the surgical management of the wrist a
 nd elbow with therapists providing presentations on rehabilitation and cli
 nical management of conditions affecting the wrist and elbow.  \n\nObjecti
 ves\n•	Provide opportunity to discuss and gain knowledge on the latest s
 urgical procedures of the wrist and elbow and its rehabilitation.\n•	Obs
 erve an anatomical dissection and provide participants with  a detailed de
 scription and explanation of the biomechanics and anatomy of the upper ext
 remity.\n•	Improve knowledge of current protocols and treatment techniqu
 es for upper extremity conditions and injuries. \n•	Provides opportunity
  for hands-on fabrication of a variety of splints for manage wrist instabi
 lity.\n•	Provide information on proper documentation and current changes
  with coding and reimbursement from various payor sources.\n•	Provide an
  opportunity to develop  a collaborative network among therapists and crea
 te  a culture for therapists to grow clinically\, academically and profess
